Excellent service from the young Lady here on what was a very busy Saturday afternoon in the shop.There was a queue at the shop yet she managed to acknowledge everyone, organize us all and attend to everyone while maintaining a friendly professional attitude at all times. I have not experienced such good attentive service - especially under pressure - from anyone for a very long time!

NEVER AGAIN! If you want to pay $350 for a dress to have “an alterations business” ruin it beyond repair, then I highly recommend this place. I left here in tears after my experience and am now significantly out of pocket for a dress I cannot ever wear again. The only recommendation I am making is to boycott this business.

I had a pair of jeans badly altered from another store and decided to pop into Looksmart in Enex100 to have then tailored the way I wanted. The lady was so very kind and helpful. My jeans were ready in a day and they were perfect. The lady was super lovely and very kind. 10/10 - will definitely be returning next time I need something altered.

This morning my skirt slit ripped all the way up and i needed it repaired urgently. I went to Looksmart and Ketan was kind enough to do it for me straight away. He was a lifesaver and provided excellent prompt service. I would definitely go back there again and recommend it highly.

I honestly wish I never returned to this place with my $1000 suede jacket that I asked to be dry cleaned. The guy took it through the back to see if they could do anything with it (heard the iron go a few times) then returned “sorry mate you need to go to a dry cleaners for this type”.It wasn’t until I returned home I noticed a stain on the arm of the jacket!How this place still operating is beyond me and I won’t be back!

This place completely destroyed my $450 pants. I initially sent them in for alteration, but after just three wears, the hem completely fell off. I returned to the store to have the fallen hem fixed, and they assured me they would take care of it. However, they not only fixed the hem, they also shortened the pants without informing me. My pants have now become excessively short, and I am extremely frustrated with this!
